Terms of Service

Jim Fuoco Calendar CLI is a private, personal-use utility that provides command-line access to Google Calendar.

Authorized use

The application may be used only by authorized users to access and manage calendar information belonging to accounts they are permitted to use.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing event details before submitting them and for maintaining the security of their Google Account, device, and locally stored authorization credentials.

Third-party services

The application relies on Google Calendar and Google APIs. Use of those services remains subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and availability.

No warranty

The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Calendar entries should be independently verified when timing or accuracy is important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application owner is not responsible for losses resulting from unavailable services, incorrect event information, missed appointments, or unauthorized account access.

Access termination

Access may be discontinued at any time. Users may revoke the application's Google Account access through their Google Account security settings.

These terms may be updated periodically. The effective date shown above indicates the latest revision.
